The diagnosis
You're good at building. Your pipeline runs on luck.
Projects finish on time and clients are happy, yet next quarter still depends on who happens to call. Tick the ones that describe your company. We'll bring your answers into the diagnostic.
0 / 6
Tick what applies. We see several of these in almost every contracting and fit-out company we audit.
Irregular demand is an operating problem, not a marketing one.
When new work arrives by accident, it doesn't only affect sales. It affects every decision you make about people, cash and which projects to accept.
Forecasting turns into hoping
You can't commit to next quarter's revenue, or hiring, when it depends on calls you can't predict.
Teams swing between overload and idle
Site crews and project managers are stretched in one month and waiting the next. Both cost money.
It's harder to say no
When the pipeline is thin, it's harder to turn down a poor-fit project or hold your price on a good one.
Growth stops when the owner is on site
Business development lives in one person's phone. When they're busy delivering, nobody is creating the next project.
Activity vs. outcomes
Posts, ads and sales do different jobs. Most firms only pay for the first.

The Athathi Growth System
Eight connected stages. One pipeline.
Advertising is one stage, not the whole offer. Each stage produces something the next one depends on, so a weak link shows up in the numbers instead of hiding. Select a stage to see what happens, what you receive and what we need from you.
Phase 1Diagnose & position
Phase 2Build proof
Phase 3Switch on demand
Phase 4Follow up & measure
Results from stage 08 flow back into targeting, messaging and pages, so the system improves from your own data rather than guesswork.
Phase 1 · Diagnose & position
Strategy & targeting
Define the projects you want more of — type, size, city, client — and the people who commission them.
What happens

Competitor and market mapping in your cities

You receive

Feeds stage 02 · Positioning & offer
Foundation first. Ads last.
Before any money goes into advertising, we build the positioning, the visual proof and an intake process that responds straight away. Sending buyers to a firm that can't show its work, or doesn't reply, wastes the budget.
Qualification
Know who you're meeting before you drive to site.
More leads aren't the goal. Better-fit opportunities are. Every inquiry answers a short set of project questions first, and is sorted against criteria you set, so your time goes to visits and quotations that can actually turn into work.

Channels
Chosen by buyer intent, not by habit.
Not every firm needs every platform. Channel mix depends on the project type, the buyer, the city and the value of a typical contract. Budget moves to whatever produces qualified inquiries.
Google SearchActive intent
Reaches people already searching for a contractor, fit-out company or designer in your city. Often the first channel for B2B and commercial work.
Instagram & FacebookMeta · visual proof
Shows finished projects to homeowners, business owners and developers before they start looking, with targeting by city and interest.
Snapchat & TikTokWhere the audience fits
Strong reach in Saudi Arabia, especially for residential and finishing work. Used when the audience and offer justify it, not by default.

Built around your business model
A fit-out for a company and a villa for a family are different sales.
Many firms run more than one line: commercial work for businesses and developers, and residential work for individuals. Each line gets its own targeting, proof, questions and page, because the buyer, the budget and the sales cycle are different.
B2B
Commercial fit-out
Offices, retail units, clinics and showrooms. Buyers are business owners and facilities or operations managers working to an opening date.
Buyer looks for
Similar completed spaces, delivery on schedule, a single accountable contractor.
Proof that matters
Before/after of comparable spaces, timelines, the brands or sectors you've fitted out (with permission).
Qualify on
Area, city, handover date, landlord approvals, whether drawings exist, who signs.
Channel emphasis
Google Search for active intent; Meta campaigns aimed at business owners in your cities for awareness.
B2C
Residential build & finishing
Villas, homes and finishing works for individuals: building on their own land, finishing a shell, or furnishing a new home.
Buyer looks for
Trust, transparency on cost, finished homes they can picture themselves in.
Proof that matters
Professional photos and video of finished homes, homeowner stories, clear stages of work.
Qualify on
Land or unit status, city and district, budget range, start date, whether plans exist, who in the family decides.
Channel emphasis
Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok for visual proof; Google for people already searching.
B2B
General contracting
Packages for real-estate companies, developers and business owners: residential units, commercial buildings and works scopes.
Buyer looks for
Capacity, reliability, financial stability and a record of similar scopes.
Proof that matters
Project sheets with scope and value bands, safety and quality practices, client references.
Qualify on
Scope, project stage, procurement route, timeline and whether you're speaking to the decision-maker.
Channel emphasis
Search and targeted B2B campaigns; longer follow-up because sales cycles run weeks to months.
B2C & B2B
Interior design & execution
Design-led firms that also deliver. The buyer is choosing a taste and a team at the same time.
Buyer looks for
A style they recognise, and confidence the design will be built as drawn.
Proof that matters
Renders next to finished photos, project stories, a clear design-to-handover process.
Qualify on
Space type, area, design-only vs design-and-execute, budget range, timing.
Channel emphasis
Instagram first for visual buyers; Search for intent; retargeting for longer decisions.
B2B
Exhibition stands & events
Booths and event builds for companies exhibiting at trade shows. Demand is tied to the events calendar and deadlines are fixed.
Buyer looks for
Design quality, on-time build and installation, experience with the venue.
Proof that matters
Completed stands by size and event, build timelines, design-to-install process.
Qualify on
Event name and date, stand size, design status, budget range, decision-maker.
Channel emphasis
Campaigns timed ahead of major exhibitions; Search and B2B targeting of exhibiting companies.
B2C & B2B
Design & build
One contract from concept to handover. The offer is simplicity and single-point accountability.
Buyer looks for
One team they trust, cost certainty, and a clear process from design to keys.
Proof that matters
End-to-end project stories, process explained stage by stage, client testimonials.
Qualify on
Project type, plot or site status, budget range, timeline, readiness to start design.
Channel emphasis
Visual channels for awareness, Search for intent, longer nurture for high-value decisions.
Newer firm with a handful of completed projects? That can be enough to start. The proof kit is built from the work you've already delivered, then strengthened as new projects finish.

Why it matters
Advertising doesn't sign contracts. Connecting both sides is how we know whether to change targeting, the offer, or the follow-up.
Questions
Straight answers.
If something here doesn't fit how your company works, that's exactly what the diagnostic is for.
How is this different from a social-media agency or an ads agency?
A social-media agency is judged on content and engagement; an ads agency on the ad account. We're judged on what happens after the click: whether the inquiry was qualified, answered, followed up and turned into a visit, a proposal and a contract. Advertising is one of eight stages we build and run.
We already have social media. Do we need to stop it?
No. Content builds familiarity and gives buyers something to check, which helps. It's a different job from acquisition campaigns, which are built to produce inquiries from people planning a project. We'll look at what you have and use what's working.
We get most work through referrals and relationships. Why change?
Keep them. Referrals are often your best clients. The issue is relying on them as your only source, especially when one main client or platform supplies most of your work. The system adds a channel you can switch on, and it also gives referred buyers a professional place to verify you.
How are inquiries qualified?
Before reaching your team, each inquiry answers a short set of questions, typically project type, location, scope, approximate budget, expected start, whether they're the decision-maker and whether drawings exist. The questions are adapted to each business line and sorted against criteria you set. Your team still makes the final call on who to work with.
We don't have a sales team. The owner answers every inquiry.
That's common, and it's why qualification and automatic first replies come before more volume. The aim is fewer wasted calls and visits, so the time you do spend goes to buyers who fit. You'll need one named person, often the owner, to handle visits and quotations.
Which channels will you use?
Usually Google Search and Meta (Instagram and Facebook), with Snapchat and TikTok where the audience fits, which in Saudi Arabia is often the case for residential work. The mix depends on your project types, cities and contract values, and budget moves to what produces qualified inquiries.
What does it cost, and how much do we spend on ads?
There are two parts: our fee, and the advertising budget paid to the platforms, which you decide. Both depend on your cities, project types and goals, so we recommend a budget in your written proposal after the diagnostic rather than quoting a number that doesn't fit your business.
What information do you need to start?
Details and photos of completed projects, the project types and cities you want more of, a sense of your capacity, access to your website, ad accounts and WhatsApp Business, and the person who will own follow-up.
How much of our team's time will this take?
Most at the start: strategy sessions, approving positioning and creative, and site access for photography. After that: following up qualified inquiries, site visits, quotations, recording outcomes in the CRM, and a monthly review meeting.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your scope, how much proof material already exists and how quickly accounts and access are ready. The timeline is set in your proposal. In one documented engagement the first projects landed within 47 days; treat that as what's possible, not a typical-case promise.
We're a newer company. Is that a problem?
Not if you've delivered work you can show. A newer firm with a few strong completed projects often benefits most from building proof and a measurable intake process early, instead of relying on one client or platform.
Are results guaranteed?
Nobody can honestly guarantee contracts: closing depends on your pricing, team, capacity and market. What we commit to is the system, and qualified inquiries. If they aren't coming within 90 days, we keep working at no charge until they are. The conditions are written into your proposal.
Do you work with our competitors?
We onboard up to three new companies a month and never take two direct competitors in the same city.
